Shipping Policy — Fashion Coquette

Fashion Coquette partners with trusted fulfillment providers, including Trendsi, to deliver your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and whether items ship from a U.S. warehouse or an overseas warehouse.

1) Order Processing Time
  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email.
2) Shipping Times (Delivery Estimates)

United States

  • U.S.-stock items: 2–5 business days
  • Overseas-stock items: 5–10 business days

U.S. Territories & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Delivery times may be longer than mainland U.S. deliveries.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
  • Typical delivery range: 4–29 business days.

Note: If your order includes items from multiple warehouses, it may arrive in separate packages.

3) Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight. The final shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Important: Expedited or overnight shipping is not available for these orders through our fulfillment partners.

4) Tracking Your Order
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
  • If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
5) Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Orders may ship separately if items are fulfilled from different warehouses. This helps get items to you faster.

  • You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
  • Each package will have its own tracking number.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, determined by local regulations. Fashion Coquette does not control or collect customs fees.

Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional import taxes, depending on destination country rules.

7) Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasons or holiday surcharges
  • Customs inspections (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once a package has shipped, Fashion Coquette cannot control carrier or customs-related delays.

8) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

9) Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order enters fulfillment processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
