Fashion Coquette partners with trusted fulfillment providers (including Trendsi) to ship your order. Delivery time depends on your destination and whether your item ships from a US warehouse or an overseas warehouse.
1) Processing Time
- Most in-stock orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2) Shipping Times (Delivery Estimates)
- US-stock items: typically 2–5 business days.
- Overseas-stock items: typically 5–10 business days.
- We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
- Delivery may take longer than mainland US.
- International delivery varies by country and customs.
- Typical delivery range: 4–29 business days.
Note: If your order contains items from different warehouses, it may arrive in multiple packages.
3) Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)
Shipping is calculated by total order weight. You’ll see the final rate at checkout.
US & US Territories (Dropship & Sample Orders)

Important: Expedited and overnight shipping are not available for these orders through our fulfillment partner.
4) Tracking
- Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
- If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
5) Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
- Orders may ship in separate packages if items come from different warehouses.
- This helps get items to you faster.
- You won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes.
- Customs fees are determined by your local government and carrier policies.
Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional import taxes. These may apply depending on destination rules.
7) Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Peak seasons / holiday surcharges
- Customs processing (international)
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once a package is shipped, Fashion Coquette cannot control carrier or customs delays.
8) Address Accuracy
- Please confirm your address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
9) Cancellations & Changes
- Changes may not be possible once fulfillment processing starts.
- If you need help, contact us immediately after placing your order.
