FashionCoquette Return Policy

Quick Summary

We hope you love your order but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns accepted for U.S. orders only
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval
  • No exchanges (returns only)
  • Final sale and certain categories are not returnable

1) Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging (if included), with SKU label
  • Free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scent, pet hair, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

2) Return Window (Very Important)

Step 1. Submit a return request within 7 days

The return window begins on the day your order is marked Delivered by the carrier.

Split shipments: If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.

Step 2. Ship your return within 7 days of approval

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days to remain eligible.

3) How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cover return shipping only if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5) Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order immediately to avoid sell-outs

7) Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates / lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Final sale items clearly marked “Final Sale”

8) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

9) Policy Disclaimer

FashionCoquette reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements and may apply a restocking fee up to 20% where applicable.
